As a Community Manager, you will play an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. You will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to our residents by coordinating and facilitating the day to day operations of our multi-family apartment community.

The Community Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations of the community, from day-to-day team management to providing excellence in resident services. You empower your team toward individual and collective excellence. Your knowledge of the immediate marketplace and a strong understanding of marketing principals are essential to the success of your team and the community. A comprehensive knowledge of basic property management standards is critical. You are the driving force that leads the community to form a collaborative team and meet targeted revenue generation while delivering a return on investment.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Meeting the financial goals of the community and developing an engaged team of employees while enhancing the value of the property
  • Supervise, mentor, train, and schedule team members with the success of the community in mind at all times
  • Ensure the community is meeting occupancy goals, utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents, and confirm that leasing staff techniques are effective
  • Prepare annual budgets, maintain vendor/contractor communications concerning scheduling, billing, and vendor relations, and process invoices in a timely manner
  • Handle resident concerns and requests in a timely manner, maintain a resident retention program, and consistently implement policies of the community
  • The ability to express yourself clearly and logically both orally and in writing and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Position prefers 2 years of experience in on-site property management
  • Have previous supervisory skills.
  • Be able to prepare and implement an annual budget.
  • Be a self-starter and able to work independently.

A pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check will be conducted.
